That’s exactly why I created the 6-week workout program Lift, Tighten & Tone. This weight-based program consists of 5 weekly workouts: a variety of weights + cardio bursts, all under 30 minutes, and can be done with minimal equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to go to a gym for these workouts?

Straight forward answer: yes. You need access to a bench (of any kind), dumbbells (a range of weight), treadmill and a barbell. If you have that equipment at home or can modify them: then you don’t need the gym.

I just started exercising: can I do these workouts?

Yes! In the program is a detailed outline of what workouts to do and when. They are progressively loaded meaning over the 6-weeks the workouts get harder. If you’re a more experienced lifter you can still achieve physique change and strength results from this program: lift heavy weights and push yourself and you’ll benefit!

Is coaching included with this program?

No. This is a DIY 6-week exercise program meaning you execute it on your own. You can join my free exclusive FB community where we can chat about the program but there is no 1:1 coaching.

How long are the workouts?

All the workouts can be completed in 30-40 minutes.
