The primary purpose of living a healthy lifestyle is so you can fully live your life. Anywhere, anytime – your body and health should be empowering you and your goals – not consuming you.

With endless (and ridiculous) workout videos on the internet showing fancy-yet-complicated exercises, the great debate on cardio or lifting weights to look toned – I can see how you might be confused on where to start, possibly spending way too much time in the gym, and maybe even feeling like why bother – it’s not working anyway.

Trying this or that – changing all the things and still feeling like “WTF nothing is working for me.”
