Click the SIGN ME UP button at the top or bottom of the page. You’ll be prompted to enter your contact information and to a secure payment processing page. Once you’re through the sign up process you’ll have an email in your inbox with next step details and your welcome packet and starter kit.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Yes. You’ll need a few pieces of simple equipment. I’ll set you up with a list of suggested equipment that doesn’t take up a ton of space or cost a lot of money. That information will be provided to you in your welcome packet. Think 1-2 pairs of dumbbells, a heavier kettlebell and a package of bands. Simple and travel-friendly.

How long is the program?

3 months. When you sign up you’re signing up to 3 months of workouts with me 3 x a week (with additional workout programming provided to you in the group). They’ll be an optoin at check out to secure your spot for 2 blocks of training (total of 6 months) at a lower rate.

What are the workouts like?

Hard! I will start you together and bring the group to finish, together. Our workouts will change every 4 weeks and you’ll be led through a progression of movements that are challenging. I’ll provide modifications and variations of the exercises so they can be adapted to your unique fitness level where you can challenge yourself further by lifting heavier weights. The workouts will be 30 minutes and consist of full body, compound movements like squats, push ups, deadlifts and lower body compond movements that utilize both upper and lower body throughout the workout in order to maximize your time and results. We’ll lift weights, jump, sweat, push and pull, plank and squat our bodies to find our strong, together.

Is there private coaching within the group?

Yes! There is a VIP option available for 5 members of the Stronger You Workout Club. With the VIP level, you’ll get one monthly 45-minute video coaching call with me where we can dive into your movement and/or nutrition. Otherwise, this is a group coaching workout program where we are only addressing the exercise.

Do you modify the workouts at all?

Yes! During the LIVE workouts I’ll share with you variations of the movements that you can select to use according to your current fitness level. There will be progressions, regressions and modifications available to most exercises but not everything.

Will you be offering this opportunity again?

There will be open enrollment for the workout club once every 3 months to ensure I can properly and safely, and personally advance each members fitness and results. Once the open enrollment ends there will not be an opportunity to join the workout club for 3 months where then, existing members will be given first spots in the new phase of workouts.

Do you need a gym membership to join?

No. These workouts are designed to be home workouts. You will be asked to purchase a few simple, small pieces of equipment (pair sof dumbbells, kettlebell and bands). I’ll provide you with shopping links for some inexpensive equipment options.

How does payment work?

Click the SIGN ME UP button on the page and you’ll be directed to a secure payment page through paypal where you can shooe your preferred payment method. You will be automatically signed up for the full 3 months of the workout club but only billed for your first payment. You will be auto subscribed to complete 2 additional payments for a total of 3, $97 monthly payments.
