After taking several days to rest my body, restore my mind, and rejuvenate (ahem, re-hydrate after Fourth of July holiday festivities) I returned to the platform today. It’s hot in the gym. Literally. No a/c.

Lifts felt great today. GREAT THINKING=GREAT LIFTING.
Workout:

Snatch warmups
glut & glut med warmups
Pwr Snatch + OHS + Snatch x 5 sets
Push Press + Jerk behind neck + Jerk x 5 sets
Jerk dip squats 3×5
Backsqts at 80%/66kg 5×6
Abssssssssss

Now, time to go eat some more AWESOME clean food to FUEL my body, my muscles, my BRAIN, heart and soul. FOOD IS POWER.
