Ginger Pear Smoothie

Ginger Green Pear Goodness


Powerful and full of life, spinach is the superfood of veggies. Adding pears to any smoothie gives you a burst of sweet juice (and personally, is one of my favorite ways to sweeten up any smoothie) while the oranges and ginger give your immune system the boost it needs as the weather, and cold season, rolls in.


This recipe is good for at least two smoothies – so find a friend and share!


Fill your cup:

4 cups of spinach

2 cups of pears (frozen if you’re looking for a cold smoothie)

2 oranges

A few pitted dates

1-2 tbsp fresh ginger

2 cups of liquid of choice (milk, almond milk, coconut water)


Make sure you peel the fresh ginger and oranges. Pulse in the blender until smooth and at the consistency you like. Enjoy!
